CANCELLATION POLICY

Please remember to notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to change or cancel your appointment. If you do not inform me beforehand, I will have to charge for the full session, even if you cannot attend.

I allow a grace period of 15 minutes; if you do not show up after this time, we will need to reschedule your appointment and you will need to pay again.

It is important that you make the payment for the session one day before the appointment. If I do not receive the payment, I will assume that you will not attend.
